These patches are made from natural leather (russet) and this will over time will develop its own patina and richness to a lovely rich shade of tan. Pre marked holes if you want to prick the stitching holes out and sew it on an item or use velcro to attach it to a ruck sack. We personally like to use it as a leather coaster !
