Missing Item/Order @ Beaver Bushcraft 

Sometimes there can be delays in the Postal service such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, Black Friday, Covid etc. These can affect the delivery of your item and is sadly out of our control, however we will always do our best to help any customer try and find their missing order.

All our orders have a ‘unique reference’ number and ‘proof of postage’ is always kept. If your order has been dispatched and there is no sign of it after 5 working days (UK) and 21 working days for International, then please email us with your Order Number, date of order and your full name so we can look into the situation for you and get back to you ASAP.
