These Pioneering style pouches have been designed to re capture the feeling of a bygone age. The Cross Stitching can be been done in either Artificial Sinew or 1.7mm Dark Brown Tiger Thread, both types of thread are not only very strong, but also give this style of Pouch a rugged appearance. The pouch has also been hand dyed & softened which not only gives a lovely patina but also makes it softer and more malleable to touch. One side has been softly moulded to house the Hudson Bay Tinderboxes or a simalar style small tin and the other side has been left to allow for small items such as Tinder, Fire Steel, Small Knife. You can even slip a credit card in there.

It neatly folds up and is secured by a matching leather thong which wraps round and secures the pouch. Can be easily slipped in to a trouser or jacket pocket.
