The Dangle-Light is a simple, no nonsense, mini-pendant super bright LED torch that can be worn around the neck, attached to a Keyring or Zip, that is used as an EDC (Every Day Carry) Item. The Dangle-Light is always ready-to-hand and set to illuminate your night. This mini-torch was designed to be as unobtrusive as possible yet allow you to shine a light on those little tasks that are so difficult to do when it gets dark. It is simplicity itself to use, with simple tried and trusted technology – twist to switch ‘On’ and untwist to switch ‘Off’!
The Dangle-Light weighs in at just 36 gram, without the Para Cord necklace, so it can be securely, and easily, held between the teeth or lips - without making you gag like so many other barrel shaped torches can do - allowing you easy Hands-Free operations with the light focused on whatever you are looking at the time.
Made from a tough Chrome-plated solid Brass body that has a solid Brass Shotgun front casing, the Dangle-Light is a uniquely designed, permanent to hand, mini-torch with a super bright LED. The Dangle-Light runs on 3 x LR44 Button Cell Batteries that are very cheap and readily available from most popular online selling platforms. It will even work whilst temporarily immersed in water, so it’ll have no problems with adverse weather conditions and sudden downpours of rain.*
It can be worn around the neck, attached to a Bergen, tied to a boot, wrist or attached to a coat zip and used as a mini location beacon when on group activity night walks or in a survival situation when you want to be seen. LED can be Easy to hand for quick nighttime map reading. It can be hung from a tent pole when prepping for your nighttime slumber; when attached to a known location it is ready to hand when it is pitch black and you need a quick light instead of fumbling around in the dark. It can be used for Morse code by simply squeezing the front and back together with your fingers and thumb. When the LED is placed face down onto a clear plastic bottle of water, it becomes a mini lantern that will illuminate the inside of a tent with a relatively even soft defused light.
* It is advised to dismantle the Dangle-Light and dry off all of the components as soon as possible after it becomes wet or is immersed in water. If store or left in a damp or wet condition the batteries will discharge and may start to leak toxins and the spring and LED terminals may start to rust.
