Kapok is a natural fibre that is water resistant and will spark easily when used with a Ferrocerium Fire Steel. Add to a Tinder bundle to increase the ember size. Add a little bit of petroleum Jelly to the edge of your tinder bundle and it will burn like a candle wick!! Warning...do not do this in doors!!!
