We found this amazing old leather hide recently that had a real retro feel and we felt was reminiscent of the old WW2 flying jackets. This lovely soft distressed vintage leather Pouch has been inspired by the traditional Sami style of coffee bag. Originally the Sami people (Lapland) traditionally used leather bags made from their Reindeer to store meat, coffee, salt and flour. So for any trip outdoors this Pouch is therefore a handy pouch to store anything in…hence the name 'Possibles'. Ideal size for storing in your Rucksack or Bergin. We use such Pouches ourselves as Tinder Pouches or equally nice just to keep it at home on a shelf.
If you are using this pouch for items such as coffee beans, we strongly recommend storing food based items in separate plastic bags/containers so as not to contaminate the leather. The Sami styled pouch is finished off with a soft leather wrap round thong . The leather we have used is supple but strong, however we do advise storing sharp objects such as flint carefully so as not to pierce the leather. Please note no other items are included with this product. Any other items seen in the photos are for dispaly only and can be found on our other pages. This listing is for 1 x Sami styled pouch only.
