These handmade old style leather 'Viking Belt Tinder Pouches' are based on an old Nordic classic design. You can fasten them in any way you wish but we like the little beaded detail toggle design that helps keep your contents safe. The Idea of this kind of fastening is that it can be worn on a belt if you wish & what you want to use the pouches for.....we leave that to you too. 

We have added a hand knapped piece of Flint, some Amadou,  jute rope,  2 x bess wax candles, everything you need to create a fire using an old traditional method. 

These Pouches have been made from soft yet durable leather. The brass eyelts gives structure to the pouch and makes it a bit more hard wearing then just simply punching round holes into the leather. These pouches can be used for coins, tinder or as a small 'possibles' pouch. Idea,l for LARPS, Re-enactments, budding Pioneers and of course  Bushcrafters.
