We always put a lot of thought into our products to make them not only look good but be practical too. And we like our hand-crafted items to be used and to last! These beautiful hand stitched 2oz Pouches are perfect for festivals, re-enactments, travelling, outdoors etc. They are hand stitched, hand dyed to give them that old school  style.

They come complete with an old pre-loved vintage tobacco tin that we have then added a full flint & steel fire lighting kit so you can make fire the traditional way as our ancesters wouold have done. 

The Fire steel is made from High Carbon and is based an a clssic C shape and is made by us in the UK ! Our Fire Steels have been specially designed to spark efficiently when using the correct striking technique, and that optimal spark generation can only really be achieved when using a new super sharp piece of flint, as well as some good quality, and dry tinder, such as Char Cloth, Amadou or Chaga. 

The Tinderbox also contains a piece of hand knapped English Flint, Jute Rope for making a jute nest, soma Amadou Tinder, a few hand made mini beeswax candles and some Sulphur Spills (not suitable for young chidren).
