These sheets of 100% natural Amadou are ideal for using in displays or using for crafts, fly fishing or for turning into your own Tinder. These lovely pieces are too good to turn into Tinder but not quite 100% perfect for museum quality.In order to get the larger pieces carved out of the Horse Hoof brackets is a pure labour of love! We tend to keep the larger sheets for 'show and tell' or as display but these sheets are perfect for small Amadou crafts, such as wallets or Amadou Fly Fishing Key Rings..

Our Amadou sheets will vary in thickness due to being hand carved from one piece of  Horse Hoof Fungus. They are all 100% natural, nothing added or taken away, just beautiful specimens of Amadou. Mother Nature at her best. 

We do recommend that natural Amadou Sheets when not in use should be kept flat and ideally stored in the freezer when not in use as tiny insects will absolutely love to make this their home!!!! Please note that any other items seen in the photos are for display only.
