These  Pioneering Style Tinder Pouches have a slight rustic feel then some of our other wet moulded 'Possibles' Pouches. This particular style of 'Pioneeering' Pouch has been made from firm but supple leather that will start to mould itselfs to the shape of any items that will be kept in it, for example an Altoids Tin or Hudson Bay Tinderbox. You can use this style of Pouch for storing Tinder, small tinderboxes, 1oz Tobacco Tins, small pocket knives or even credit cards!!! One side can be used for Tinder the other side for storing a small tin.

These soft leather Pouches have been designed to re capture the feeling of a bygone age. They have been hand stitched using a traditional cross stitch in a dark waxed thread.They have also been hand dyed which gives a deep tone but still allowing the texture of the leather to show through. The more you use it, the softer the leather becomes and over time will take on its own character.  It neatly folds up and is secured by a matching leather thong which wraps round and secures the pouch. Can be easily slipped in to a trouser or jacket pocket.
