Another one of our beautifully crafted Fantasy Fire steels. Once in a while we decide to do something a bit different and fun.  This Nordic inspired Fire Steel has been made & designed exclusively by us at Beaver Bushcraft. He is the perfect size for a Tinderboxes and Tinder Pouches. 

Nordic & Viking designs have always had a huge influence on designs throughout the ages and feature in many modern designs, tales and legends. We at Beaver Bushcraft wanted to carry on the legend of the vikings and what better way then to come up with lots of Nordic inspired designs.

This style of Fire Steel is ideally suited for  Beginners to the more expert Traditional Flint & Steel Fire Lighting Master. These fire steels are designed to produce a good array of sparks when used with sharp flint and some high quality dry tinder such as char cloth or Amadou. Experienced users should get sparks on each and every strike when using the right technique. 

Our Fire Steels have been specially designed to spark efficiently when using the correct striking technique, and that optimal spark generation can only really be achieved when using a new super sharp piece of flint, as well as some good quality, and dry tinder, such as Char Cloth, Amadou or Chaga.
