Super soft ‘Sami’ style tinder pouch with double pocket interior, one side for keeping your tinder in and the other side for keeping the flint & steel in. Made from soft yet durable vintage leather, this pouch has a leather thong wrap with beaded detail. Comes complete with a traditional ‘Oval’ Flint & Steel striker, some English flint, Amadou tinder, Jute rope and some Jute nest (for your tinder bundle) and a few mini bees wax candles.

These beautiful soft Nut Brown Leather 'Medicine' Pouches are made from Vintage leather and will have a slight patina that befits the age of the leather.

These medicine pouches are based on a traditional sami styled pattern. Small enough to be carried in the pocket or in a Rucksack. Ideal for re-enactors, pioneers, Cosplayers, LARPS etc  The wrap around leather thong has been hand dyed and has been given a handmade bead detailing which gives these little pouches a slight 'folksy' appearance. As the leather is quite soft we do recommend wrapping the sharp flint with the amadou or something soft to protect the leather.  

These  'Medicine' style Pouches have been made from a high quality, soft but fairly durable Vintage leather. The leather has been specially treated to make it  soft but with a slight waxed finish but still tactile to the touch.

This traditional styled 'Oval ' steel striker is used for traditional ‘Flint & Steel’ fire making. This particular Fire Steel is based on the very popular Oval style that has been around for many centuries. The Tinder bundle is reminiscent of Tinders used back in the day for old school primitive fire lighting.
