Our beautiful hand-crafted solar pendants now have an integrated fire steel striker - 2 in 1 !!! Perfect EDC. The High Carbon Striker has been very carefully and beautifully hand stitched into the leather solar pendant making this a multi function fire starter.  These types of funky quirky designs have become quite synonymous with Beaver Bushcraft over the years and are designed to be used and to last!!!

Using the built-in 'burning' lens in the leather mount, just focus the sun's rays onto a piece of Tinder such as Char Cloth or Amadou, Moxa etc until the tinder starts to smoulder, then place into your Tinder Bundle. And you are good to go! These solar pendants are ideal to use with Tinder such as Char Cloth, Amadou, Chaga, Moxa, Paper. Our leather solar pendants make a lovely gilt for someone who loves old school bushcraft or enjoys retro looking leather items.

Our Fire Steels have been specially designed to spark efficiently when using the correct striking technique, and that optimal spark generation can only really be achieved when using a new super sharp piece of flint, as well as some good quality, and dry tinder, such as Char Cloth, Amadou or Chaga. 

These are heritage items that we hope will last for many years to come.  Please note no other items are included in this sale, any extra items seen in the photos are for display only apart from the advertised 'Free Amadou Tabs' and a piece of English Flint!!
