This perfectly simple, no nonsense simple Pocket Sharpening Kit, although  aimed at the Bushcrafting Market, is also idealy suited for the Bodgers, Bushcrafters, Survivalists, Military Professionals, Modelmakers and Woodturners and is all you will ever need whilst out in the workshop, woods or the field. This Kit has been carefully thought out and is based on many years of experience. It has been designed to fit securely into a pocket, burgen, tool kit etc, but is equally at home in the workshop.

The Single Sided Pocket Strop is a solid Beech wood base that has the finest quality, soft, supple Nubuck leather on one side of the strop. The Double Sided Pocket Strop is both durable and aesthetically pleasing, and comes with the ‘Shark’ logo embossed onto one side so you can be sure it is made to the highest levels of quality. With proper care, it will last you years and years and years.

Tormek Honing Compound:

• Dramatically Speeds Up The “Stropping” Process
• Achieve A Razor Sharp Edge In A Fraction Of The Time
• 8,000 grit (approx.)
• 70 grams Tube Size

This 70 gram tube of high quality Honing Paste has been specially formulated to gently remove burrs and polish the cutting edges of knives, chisels, axes or plane irons, or in fact any tool that requires a razor sharp cutting edge.  You can even use a little of the honing paste, applied to your finger, to gently rub away any small rust spots that may appear on the sides of your cutting tools, and also gently remove the stains that are formed when cutting into certain high tannin woods, such as Sweet Chestnut
