These Flint & Steel Fire Oval Strikers are sample pieces. We use these as templates to base our other designs on. (Please select from the drop down menu). They are full working samples and made to our usual high spec. Used for traditional flint & steel fire lighting. Easy to hold and are ideal for beginners or anybody new for this traditional way of making fire. A good aray of sparks are created when using a good sharp piece of flint and work perfectly well with tinders such as Char Cloth or Amadou. Perfect size for Tinder pouces or 2oz sized tobacco tins.
